Day 1: Marrakech to Ouarzazate – The Journey Through the Atlas Mountains

Your 8-Day Morocco Tour from Marrakech begins with a pick-up from your hotel or the airport. After meeting your driver, you’ll head towards the High Atlas Mountains. As you drive along the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, take time to stop and marvel at the panoramic views of the rugged landscapes. Continue on to the Rose Valley, named after the many roses grown in the area. This valley hosts an annual Rose Festival, celebrating everything from perfumes to cosmetics made from local rose products. Your day ends with a scenic drive to Dades Valley, where you’ll stop to admire the unique “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. Afterward, check in at a traditional Riad in Boumalne Dades for dinner and an overnight stay.
